1		Egg
1	tb	Fruit juice (pinapple best)
2	tb	Maple sugar
1/2	ts	Salt
1/3	ts	Baking soda
1		2 TB vital gluten (optional)
2 1/2	c	Whole wheat flour
1 1/2	ts	Yeast

Setting medium.

Note, I have not made this one. I suspect you will be happier with the optional gluten, and having 1/2 the flour being 'white'. You could fit in about 1/3 cup nuts and such in with no harm. From: Carol Shenkenberger Date: 03 Apr 98
